Our Six Sigma consulting practice is a part of our serious commitment to quality and process improvement. We began with deployments in the Manufacturing and Services companies. However, with the recently formed strategic alliance with Six Sigma Advantage Inc. of USA,
we have now extended this to Software & IT sector as well.

Six Sigma Training Certification
Our Six Sigma portfolio covers both - the traditional Manufacturing and
Services industries, as well as the more recent Software and IT
sectors. While the traditional approach separates DMAIC and DFSS
methodologies, in the "specialised" approach for software and IT, we
deliver an integrated DMAIC/DFSS program. This approach is not simply
an "add-on" intended to "software-ise" conventional Six Sigma training.
SSAI have extensive knowledge and experience related to formal
instructional design, and that is reflected in the design of the
materials that we use. The experience of participants trained by SSAI
with these materials (a number of whom had completed ‘conventional’
training earlier) has been very enriching. All of them validate how
much superior this approach is.
While separate Green and Black Belt training courses are held for individuals desirous of obtaining the appropriate
